Sweet Sciences Day is a day-long discovery-based science workshop experience hosted by Harrisburg University of Science and Technology on Friday, October 22, 2010. The free event will feature hands-on experiments and is open to students in grades 10 through 12. Plans call for the event to begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 1:30 p.m. As the only science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) focused comprehensive university between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, Harrisburg University encourages high school educators to bring classes to the event.
